GT Government Polytechnic College, Jaora, was started in 1956, located in Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh India, and is one of the premier technical colleges for polytechnic education. This affiliated college approved by the All India Council for Technical Education is involved in providing diploma courses in different engineers stream. Located on a baronial 28.26 acres, this college has a total of 373 students and 16 teachers and faculty staff. GT Government Polytechnic College offers four diploma courses consisting of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Computer Science courses each of the duration of the three years. 

GT Government Polytechnic College has facilities to improve the students’ learning. The library is fully stocked with 4102 books, 25881 copies, 13 journals, and 6 newspapers apart from an international journal. Faculty and students interested in sports can access amenities such as a cricket ground, a volleyball court and indoor facility for table tennis.
