The institute has a separate hostel for boys that has twin sharing beds. The rooms also have chairs and tables. There is also a balcony adjoining the hostel rooms. The rooms are kept neat and clean.

The institute also has hostels for girls. These hostel rooms are well-equipped with all the basic facilities. The safety of the girls is also kept in mind by the hostel authorities. 

The institute also has medical facilities for all its students and staff. GGI Ludhiana medical facilities include free medication and treatment to all students by experts. The institute also has ambulance facilities in case of emergencies.
