Guru Gobind Singh College of Education, Malout, was established in the year 2006 and has been providing quality education to the Students of Punjab. Located in village Theri on Bathinda Road, this co-educational institution provides relevant education for the future teachers. Being as an affiliated college, it provide a standard and quality education system. The college boasts certifications from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), which really helps safeguard the quality of the college’s courses in teacher training. Located on a plot of one acre, the college has designed a small campus which is appropriate for learning sessions. The college has 184 students in total and has 15 members of the faculty, which results in a peculiar student-to-faculty ratio that is 12:1. The college has an approved capacity to admit 100 students for this programme, and this means in every year, the college is capable of preparing a huge number of future teachers.
