Guru Harekrushna Behera College of Art and Culture is a college in Balasore district of Odisha with an aim to impart training in art and culture. It was founded in the year 1999 and the college is already a focal institution in the society having provided college education for more than two decades. The college is located on a very limited area of five acres and admission is much competitive for 171 students at present and there are 6 competent and committed members in faculty. It has a choice degree of a Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA), which aims at developing techniques in different arts.
