Guru Teg Bahadur National College, Ludhiana, is a co-educational college, situated at the centre of Punjab which started in 1971. This affiliated college built in a spacious complex of 11.4 acres has been enlightening the youth for more than half a century. This college is NAAC accredited to show their concern in providing quality education to the students. At present, the college has 444 students and the faculty of 16 teachers and provides 8 courses in 7 degree programmes that can meet students’ various needs of further studies and future careers.

Guru Teg Bahadur National College provides almost all courses of study right from the undergraduate to postgraduate levels comprising of 8 full time courses. The course includes traditional areas of Arts and Commerce streams, along with the industry specific professional courses. In the undergraduate level, there are Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) offered at the college. For the postgraduate students there are such programmes as MA Punjabi and History, Master of Commerce (M.Com), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication (PGDMC).
