Gurukul The Teaching Institute, Murshidabad is set up by the year 2016 and is one of the premier academic institutes in West Bengal, India. The affiliated college sprawls over 1-acre with 300 enrolled students. NCTE-approved Gurukul The Teaching Institute maintains high standards for teacher education. It facilitates faculty strength from 19 experienced teachers who would offer personal attention and quality teaching through its two specialised degree programs.

In the same way, admission to the course of D.El.Ed. is also merit-based in accordance with the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination or any entrance test as prescribed by the state.
