Admission is based on an entrance test organized by the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS). Both specializations have 3 seats available.

M.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology (Microbiology and Biochemistry): Admission is done through an entrance examination organized by the University. 6 seats are provided in every specialization.

MHA (Master of Hospital Administration): Admission is done through an entrance examination organized by the University. The institute provides 16 seats for this course.
