Haldia Institute of Nursing Science is a self-financing nursing institute West Bengal. It is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and has been providing quality education in nursing. The admission process at Haldia Institute of Nursing Science is designed with an objective to identify suitable candidates for entry into its nursing program. It currently provides only one full-time course: General Nursing and Midwifery Programme, which is a block period of three years.

Eligibility criteria for GNM

  • Generally, the following eligibility criteria have been specified for GNM.
  • Completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board
  • Age must be 17 years and above
  • Completed 10+2 with subjects as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
