Haldia Law College, Haldia which is often referred to as HLC Haldia was established in the year 2002 and it is an institution of Indian Centre for Advancement of Research and Education (ICARE). HLC Haldia courses are offered in a total of 9 specialisations in the disciplines of Law at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the BA LLB Hons, LLB, LLM and PGD degree courses.
