Hanuman Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Ayurvedic Medical College offers one full-time course: The basic degree in Ayurveda is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). The length of this programme is six years which offers extensive understanding of Ayurvedic techniques and information. The approved admission capacity of the college is 60 for BAMS course and out of total strength of 245 students. This approach meaningfully helps to sustain the student-to-faculty ratio in the institution, so that students can get the focus and quality education in the field of Ayurveda.
It is getting admission through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG conducted by the Government of Maharashtra for Hanuman Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Ayurvedic Medical College. DVD students must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognised board/university with at least 45% marks in sum total of Physics, chemistry and biology as optional subjects for general category applicants and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PH applicants. The college works under; AYUSH, CCIM New Delhi, Admission Regulating Authority Mumbai, and MUHS Nashik for admission procedures. The BAMS course at the college is offered for six years giving students an opportunity to practice Ayurvedic medicine.
