Harkali Devi Girls Mahavidhyalya was founded in 2015 at Moradabad. It is an affiliated college located at Laungikala, Thakurdwara, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The campus is spread over a compact geographical area of 1.28 acres for its beautiful campus with a motto to provide quality education to girls. It imparts three different degree courses with a total enrolment capacity of 123 students and strength of 13 faculty members. 

Harkali Devi Girls Mahavidhyalya has a number of facilities that further enrich the learning environment for its students. There is a well-stocked library on campus, which serves as a centre of academic resources and a place for quiet study. It has departmental laboratories for students pursuing science courses, giving hands-on experiences in learning. The admission process varies for different courses at Harkali Devi Girls Mahavidhylya. Admission to D.El.Ed shall be based on merit, whereby the marks obtained at the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination shall be taken into consideration. Additional selection processes could also be adopted by the college in keeping with the policies prescribed by the state government of Uttar Pradesh.
