Harkali Devi Girls Mahavidhyalya was founded in 2015 at Moradabad. It is an affiliated college located at Laungikala, Thakurdwara, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The campus is spread over a compact geographical area of 1.28 acres for its beautiful campus with a motto to provide quality education to girls. It imparts three different degree courses with a total enrolment capacity of 123 students and strength of 13 faculty members. 

Harkali Devi Girls Mahavidhyalya has a number of facilities that further enrich the learning environment for its students. There is a well-stocked library on campus, which serves as a centre of academic resources and a place for quiet study. Admission to D.El.Ed shall be based on merit, whereby the marks obtained at the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination shall be taken into consideration.
