Hindustan Institute of Technology Science and Management (HITSM) which was started in 2008 is a well known institute situated at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Located at Chitora Road in Badagaon, Morar, this affiliated college was established to carve young mind for more than a decade. HITSM provides different engineering programmes; its major product is to produce quality technical education for engineering prospects. The institute provides a faculty of 28 dedicated members to give proper attention and proper guidance to intakes and overall career enhancement.

As mentioned earlier, learning facilities at Hindustan Institute of Technology Science and Management include other structures that are helpful to students during their study. The college library acts as information centre and source of information to support learning activities of both teaching and learners. For those with interest in sports and health prowess, the institute is well equipped with sporting facilities supervised by a full time sports master. The amenities include table tennis, badminton, chess, carom, volleyball, cricket, football, etc.; students can play them both indoor and outdoor. Lush green lawns and fields, means for outdoor games and sports, recreational rooms and indoor games are provided both for day scholar as well as hostlers. The HITSM also has world-class technology facilities, thus maintaining students’ awareness of the modern techniques. College auditorium plays a significant role to for hosting different events and seminars which are very active in the college campus. Moreover, modern and well-equipped laboratories for each department where student can get practical knowledge that is very important for engineering disciplines exist.

The institute currently provides diverse engineering courses, and all are day pro grams with duration of four years and award Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. HITSM currently provides five BE programmes: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering Electronics & Communication Engineering and Electrical Engineering. The details of these courses target to address the variety in quotas of students aspiring to be engineers, and in response to the current market trends. However, more details like total number of seats and total intake is not arised but the courses offered the institute indicate that the institute offers a wide range of engineering education.

To ensure that any deserving candidate is given a chance to follow his or her engineering dreams, HITSM admission process is friendly and thorough. Information regarding course wise admissions and admission procedure is scarce, however what is important to note is that the institute accepts the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) scores for some of the courses offered including BE Computer Science and Engineering and BE Electrical Engineering. This synchronises HITSM with the national standards of engineering entrance.
