Begun in the year 2015, Hura Bipadtaran Pati and Bhadurani Pati PTTI D.El.Ed. College in Purulia, West Bengal is, therefore, very young as an institution, but it has been doing its best to carve out future educators. This is a co-educational institution and is located in the serene village of Pakhuria. This NCTE-accredited college runs a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education course to aspiring teachers who want to make a difference in primary education. The college's total enrolment is 200, while the number of faculty members is 7 to ensure personal care and attention to each student.

Infrastructure in this campus is varied and built for purposes that avail useful learning experiences to its students. There is a well-stocked library on campus which students will find so useful. In practical learning, the college has departmental laboratories where students can try out theoretical concepts in practice.
