About IFET Villupuram
IFET College of Engineering Villupuram which is also known as IFET Villupuram was established in the year 1998 by the Indo French Educational Trust. IFET Villupuram college has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a ‘B’ grade as well as by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). IFET College of Engineering courses have been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
IFET Villupuram is also affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. The courses consist of 12 specialisation programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the BE/ B.Tech, ME and MBA degree courses. For IFET admissions are done to the said courses through GATE, TNEA and TANCET entrance exams followed by DoTE and TANCA counselling rounds.
According to the data provided by the institute, over 383 students have been placed in the IFET placements drive 2023 with Rs 17,50,000 per annum offered as the IFET highest salary package. IFET infrastructure is spread over an area of approximately 30 acres consisting of its academic & administrative blocks, auditoriums, library, hostels, separate hostels for male and female students, cafeteria, sports facilities, and more.

IFET Villupuram Admission
IFET Villupuram offers admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. For IFET College of Engineering Villupuram admissions the candidates have to qualify in an entrance exam followed by a counselling round. IFET UG admissions are done based on the scores of TNEA to BE/ B.Tech degree courses followed by a DoTE counselling round.
As for IFET PG admissions to the ME and MBA degree courses, a valid scorecard of the TANCET or GATE is required followed by the TANCA counselling round. College Infrastructure
The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and the library is world-class. The college also helps in research and development project funds. Our college provides canteen, stationery store, basketball court, LCD projector enabled classrooms and best lab facilities. Quality of food was not that awesome. I liked our hostel food, and I would rate it 4 out of 5.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is very good. There are separate class room available for each section. There are Wi-Fi, separate labs and library is available for students. There is an separate library is available for each department. The hostel quality is above average. There are only 4 students in each room in hostel. Concentration in sports is above average. Medical facilities and canteen facility is average.

College Infrastructure
We have well-built and well-ventilated classrooms and a peaceful library. The hostel offers good quality food. The premises are average clean and tidy. Sports and games are encouraged by the college management. If the student has any other talent, it will also be encouraged.
