DIA Noida Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

IMS Design and Innovation Academy, Noida (DIA Noida) is one of India's top design institutes. Laced within the innovative and creative design education set up at the academy is the nurturing of innovative minds. The admission procedure at DIA Noida is aimed at picking bright men and women with creative potential, aspirations across specializations, and a passion for design.  The programs comprise three degrees, i.e., B.Des, B.Sc., and Postgraduate Diploma. A total of 8 specialized courses are offered. Eligibility criteria for admissions to DIA Noida vary according to the type of program. In other words, for undergraduate programs (B.Des and B.Sc.), applicants ought to have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. For Postgraduate Diploma programs, a bachelor's degree in that respective field would be preferable.

Application Process

1. Visit the official DIA Noida website and find the admissions/application section.

2. Fill in the online application form with personal details, academic info, and several program preferences.

3. Pay application fees as specified on the website.

4. Submit required documents including:

• 10th & 12th mark sheets
• Bachelor's degree certificate and transcripts (for PG Diploma applicants)
• Portfolio of creative work (design programs are most concerned with this)
• Passport-size photographs
• Any identity and address proof

5. Depending on the program, candidates may have to appear for an entrance examination or creative aptitude test.

6. Shortlisted candidates may be called to a personal interview or design task for their display of creativity and passion for the selected field.

7. The final call for admission will be based chiefly on academic performance, entrance test score/if applicable, portfolio evaluation, and final interview.

8. The selected candidates will get an offer letter and will go through the admission process upon payment of due fees and verification of originals.

Degreewise Admission Process

B.Des Programs: DIA Noida gives B.Des programs in Interior Design, Communication Design, Fashion Design, and Luxury Product Design. Each of these programs has an intake of 30 students. The admission process for these programs may include assessment of past academic performance, submission of a portfolio, and perhaps even an entrance test/interview designed to assess the creative aptitude of candidates.

B.Sc. Programs: The B.Sc Jewelry and Diploma in Accessory Design is a special program offered by DIA Noida, which also has 30 students and a total fee of Rs 12,00,000. The admission process might include assessing the candidate's results in 10+2 in Science subjects and possibly a creative assessment.

PG Diploma Programs: DIA Noida offers PG Diploma courses in Jewelry and Accessory Design, Interior Design, and Fashion Design. Each of the programs has an intake of 30 students and charges a fee of Rs 8,30,000. The programs would probably need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a portfolio to demonstrate the candidate's skills and creativity in design for admission.
