The college is equipped with spacious classrooms with good ventilation. It has all the required amenities like a library , wifi , canteen etc. The campus has ample trees making the atmosphere very calm and peaceful.
I am currently pursuing psychology, Journalism and Women's studies. The teachers are well versed in their respective fields and make classroom learning really fun and enriching making the time spent worthwhile.
Haven't had my own experience yet , but the college has decent placement. It us best to do our own research regarding placements rather than relying on the college alone. But nonetheless it isn't bad.
The college annual fee is pretty much reasonable compared to other colleges in Banglore. They also provide the option of paying your fee in the form of installments if requested at the beginning.......
Campus life at IIPR is fun and enjoyable. You get to learn a lot from the teachers, The helping staff are super friendly too. The environment of the college is pretty good which makes it more easier to learn.
The Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR) offers excellent infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms featuring smart boards and projectors, psychology labs with advanced testing materials, a well-stocked library with digital resources, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The campus is clean, well-maintained, and provides a positive learning environment. The canteen serves hygienic and nutritious food, ensuring students' well-being. While the college does not have hostel accommodation, students can find comfortable PGs and rental spaces nearby with essential amenities. Overall, IIPR ensures a holistic academic experience with quality facilities and resources.
The quality of teaching is excellent, with experienced faculty who provide in-depth knowledge and encourage critical thinking. The curriculum is well-structured and updated, covering recent developments in the field. It offers a strong theoretical foundation and practical exposure. However, to be fully job-ready, further studies like a master's degree are essential for career advancement in psychology.
College not have a formal placement cell, so students must find job opportunities independently. As a result, there are no official placement statistics, highest salary packages, or average salary data available. Most students pursue higher studies, research, or private practice. While the college provides guidance through internships and career mentorship, those seeking direct job placements may find the lack of a structured placement system a drawback.
It has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. We have a normal classroom with very difficult to sit chairs. Laboratories are fine. The library has all the study materials but there is a shortage. It is a small college. They don't have smart boards. The canteen and the surroundings are all clean and well kept.
I am studying three majors. Psychology, journalism and computer science. I am studying this because if I am not interested in psychology later I can pursue any of the other. The teachers are all fine.
I have no clue about the placements from my college. I am still in my 1st year so I am not sure. The college gives us a lot of extra things. They bring people from outside to help us in knowing more and in which direction to move.
75000 rupees. No I don't think it is worth 75000 because it is a very small college and there r not many things.
It's fine.
If u are going there because of the name thinking that it is a big college then don't go cause it is a pretty small college.
College have all necessary facilities and equipment but campus is not that great.in terms of hygiene and cleanliness it's good. But just there's no hostel facility makes it difficult for people outside bangalore. I stay in pg and its like 1km away so I have to walk 2km per day.
I'm studying bsc psychology computer science and economics. Quality of teaching is average some trs such as psychology tr is good rest all are average only .curriculum is updated bit it doesn't make job ready as Need atleast masters degree for job.
As far as I know placement quality is npt that great. While selecting college I have came across reviews where they mentioned that they doesn't provide placement. Tbh there's no placement cell also in our college
Value for money is moderate as some teachers are great some are average.
Campus is not good but with friends it makes good.its ragging free campus and surrounded by greenery makes it cool place. College focus on extra curriculum activities also along with academics.
The college has 6 floors, with 4 classrooms on each floor. The library is on the top floor, with all kinds of books, reference materials, sample papers, magazines, newspapers, etc. It also has computers and laptops which we can use during college hours for college-related work. There are functioning fans and lights, projectors in each classroom, 2 sick rooms in the building with beds for resting, a first aid box with the reception, etc. There are also two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking available for students and faculty. There is a basketball court, a throwball court, badminton rackets and shuttle cocks, footballs, basketballs, cricket bats and balls, throwballs, etc. for sports. There is an auditorium that can accommodate approximately 350 students, with a working projector, and a stage with working sound systems, mics, etc. The canteen has different kinds of food and drinks for lunch and snacks at an affordable price for students. The college does not have a hostel facility, but it does have a lot of PGs and hostels nearby for students.
I am in my second year of Bachelors in Psychology, Journalism, and Social Work. The faculty is equipped. Most of the professors have a PhD in their respective subjects and have great subject knowledge. Although some teachers have great subject knowledge but cannot teach, this is not the majority of the faculty. The professors provide us with lots of reference material and try to give real-life situations or scenarios as examples for certain concepts. The faculty is approachable and clarifies any doubts you ask them.
there are no placements in this college. A major drawback of this institution is the lack of placements at the end of the degree, but there are mandatory internship hours to be completed in the final year of your degree.
Other than the lack of placements, it is worth the money. It gives students new experiences, it has people from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and since it is a tiny college, the crowd is positive and together.
The college has extracurricular events every Wednesday and academic enrichment programs every Friday. This makes the college very interactive and allows the students to showcase their talents and try new things.
Yes my college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. My college has classrooms, laboratories, library and all are used and well maintained. Yes the living spaces are clean and the food is hygenic. .
I am studying Msc. Counselling Psychology because it is a very interesting subject. The quality of teaching is good. Yes the curriculum is updated and include all the recent developments in the field. Yes it does makes me job ready.
I have not take any placements yet from my college. I am not really aware of the highest salary packe offered. I do not know the average salary offered and I have not yet gone through the placement process.
My course costed me more than one lakh. Yes I do feel that my money's is worth.
The college is not very well funded and hence proper materials are limited. The facilities we do have are all used and mostly well maintained. Living spaces are more or less clean and the food is very homely and maintained by a family.
I am studying psychology because it is my subject of interest. The quality of teaching is excellent. The teachers of this institution like to engage with their students on matters related to the subject of study. The curriculum is updated but not well enough.
As far as I know this college does not have placements. However, teachers do recommend students jobs that will help shape them and that may be useful to their field. I am not aware of the salaries offered. The teachers as singular units are supportive.
Less than 1 lakh. I am getting my money’s worth sometimes but sometimes not. But it is a reasonable price for the quality of education offered here. The teachers are very helpful in using whatever resources available to help students.
College is filled with friendly faces. The campus is surrounded by trees around and gives it an authentic feel. The college is located in a good place, a hospital nearby, small stores across, and the hub of social activity in koramangala is a good place for students to hang out with their peers. Teachers and students both enjoy engaging in extracurricular activities.
Hello Aspirant,
It should take about 1 to 2 week for the response mail to arrive. It might take long if any technical issues are at play.
