ISB Mohali: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The Indian School of Business  Mohali Campus believes in the development of knowledge city established in the year 2001, situated in sector- 81, SAS Nagar ,Mohali Punjab. This coeducation institute offers four courses in management at postgraduate level, and all of them are covered under full time mode. ISB Mohali with a faculty of 70 members stands tall to offer an international standard education to those who wish to become business leaders. Although the size of the campus is not stated clearly it has facilities that are properly equipped and a proper environment for learning and career advancement. ISB Mohali offers popular programmes and it has scored based on GMAT, GRE and NMAT by GMAC exams for admission.

The Mohali campus of Indian School of Business  has all the modern organisational amenities that help to foster learning. Library These includes the Learning Resource Centre(LRC), The institution boasts of over 10,000 books, world best journals and other printed and online information resources. Sportsmen are also catered for by having a gym, Squash facilities, Tennis/basketball / volleyball facilities. Each student is privileged to have well equipped accommodation and facilities such as a swimming pool to facilitate recreation as well as exercise. There is also a 500 seater auditorium with HD VC for events and seminars, all within the campus. The classrooms are equipped with Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Equipment such us overhead projector, LCD, fixed video, and touch pad systems. The campus also avails clean and comfortable hostels for both male and female students in order to afford the students a safe place to be.

ISB Mohali currently has four different postgraduate programmes in management (PGPM) that targets students at different times in their career. Some of these programmes are; PGPM, PGPM for Senior Executives, PGPM for Family Business and PGPM for Working Professionals. All these programmes are full time and take one to two years. The regular PGPM I know to take one year to complete while the PGPM for Working Professionals will take two years to complete. The fees for these programmes range with the PGPM for Senior Executives and PGPM for Family Business as the costliest options, it costs slightly above INR 41,78,000 and INR 42,13,000 respectively.

The admission policy of ISB Mohali can be taken as very competitive one as the institute allows only a few students in its walls. For the flagship PGPM programme the institute considers the candidate performance in the university, at least 12th standard grades, graduation score and post graduate scores if any. GMAT / GRE is a part of the package that defines an applicant and while there may not be set cut-offs the institutes definitely gives preference to them. Rather, the authors pay regards to the general candidate image.
