Indore Institute of Medical Sciences Indore (IIMS) is one of the leading educational institution set up in the year of 1997. One of the affiliated colleges, situated in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, this institution has been cultivating professionals for over two decades. At present, IIMS provides a rich variety of 7 courses in four different degree directions focusing on medical and related to medical sciences strands. At present,the institute has human resource of 8 faculty members all of whom are devoted to the cause of delivering quality education in the field of medical sciences.

IIMS has established a host of facilities such that are students can access the advanced  technological learning facilities. The equipped contributory library is another facility that available in the centre, which consists of a large number of medical references and researches. Modern laboratories allow practicing in different medical fields for the student which will be useful for work in the future. From ahealth point of view, IIMS provides fine sports facilities for students to pursue the goal of balance education. Also, the college compound with a health centre with first aid services offer the necessary protection to all students in the compound.

IIMS provides numerous full time courses related to medical stream. The institute also has a great diversity within its seven programmes that include undergraduate or postgraduate courses. The reason behind such courses is that these courses can address different fields of study within the medical field to help students secure their specialty of choice. 

There is a mandatory sound admission process for the students to be admitted to the Indore Institute of Medical Sciences. This may involve a look at entrance test results as well as the student’s performance in any of the qualifying tests and possibly an interview. Thus the courses which fall under its stream include Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT), Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in specialisation of Sports and Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology and Obstetrics and diploma courses Cath Lab Technician and Medical Lab Technology.
