Indramohan Chauhan Memorial Polytechnic, Mau: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Indramohan Chauhan Memorial Polytechnic, Mau (ICMP) was established in 2017. It is affiliated to the Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and an approved institute by the AICTE, New Delhi. ICMP offers four diploma courses of engineering fields to provide a mix of students in a co-educational environment. With a strength of 33 members, the institute puts itself committed towards the provision of quality technical education. The polytechnic has caught up with the earnest of practical learning through well-equipped laboratories and modern facilities provided to prepare the students adequately for rewarding careers in any field of engineering. 

The institute boasts a range of facilities designed to enhance the learning experience and overall development of its students. Libraries are, therefore, centres for knowledge with unmatched support towards students in the pursuit of knowledge. State-of-the-art laboratories in each department offer a platform for practical application of theoretical concepts. The IT infrastructure of this college connects the students with the world, providing them with the latest digital resources. To make the lives of students as convenient as possible, ICMP has separate hostels for boys and girls. The campus includes a cafeteria, an auditorium to host events and seminars, and sports facilities with the intention of balancing the lifestyles of students through sports and other modern activities. Indramohan Chauhan Memorial Polytechnic offers total 4 full-time diploma courses. The institute deals with various streams of the engineering discipline. 

The total intake of the institute in all its courses has been approved at 270 seats and thus reflects the ability of the institute to train a considerable number of aspiring engineers every year. 

Indramohan Chauhan Memorial Polytechnic conducts its admission process through the entrance exam held under the aegis of the Joint Entrance Examination Council of Uttar Pradesh State.  This makes way for a fair and standardised system wherein qualified candidates are selected for the various engineering programmes conducted by the institute.
