The Institute of Civil and Rural Engineering, Kolhapur (ICRE) is as technical Institutions, which was set up in 1957. This affiliated college is at Murlidhar Nagar, Gargoti, Bhudargad, Kolhapur, Maharashtra in India and is recognised from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Covering a total area 65 acres, ICRE is an institution which has been offering diploma courses in a variety of engineering streams. They have a total student intake of 807 and are staffed by 34 teaching members of the faculty. Currently, ICRE offers five diploma courses, each is focused in specialised fields of engineering meeting the needs of the aspiring technicians and engineers.
