The Institute of Civil and Rural Engineering, Kolhapur (ICRE) is a technical institution that was set up in 1957. Furthermore, there are ATM facilities available on campus for the banking facilities of the clients and others.

Diploma in Computer Engineering: The intake of this course is 80 approved students, and the course prepares students for a career in computer technology, which is rapidly changing.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering: The program has a capacity of 60 seats and provides extensive input and training in electrical systems and technologies.

Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering: This course has open admission for 40 students and includes topics related to newer developments in electronics and telecommunication systems.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: The program has the largest intake of 120 students, providing wide-ranging input on principles and applications of mechanical engineering.
