The Institute of Fisheries Post Graduate Studies IFPGS is one of the constituent college of the Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University established during the year 2017. This specialized institution situated in Vaniyanchavadi, Chennai is in the niche of the fisheries. Covering only 14.183 acres in size, IFPGS provides a concentration learning atmosphere with 129 students. The faculty of the institute comprises 8 people that monitor the 9 courses and 4 degree programs offered at the institute.
