The course establishment of the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition, Gurdaspur (IHM Gurdaspur) is one of the renowned hospitality educational organizations. Program and five diploma courses. The largest program is the B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration which takes 234 students. The diploma courses offers subject specializations in Food Production, Bakery and Confectionery, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office, House Keeping etc. These programs are meant to prepare them intellectually as well as provide them with all the skills they would require in the course of their endeavors in the hospitality Industry. The total number of students across all courses offered is 538, in showing that the institute has the ability to develop a large number of up and coming hospitality professionals annually.
