The college was established in 2005. Institute of International Trade, Kolkata is a private college affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata. The college offers various courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Institute of International Trade UG courses include B.Com and BBA. UG admissions are offered to students who have Passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in any stream or equivalent. The college also offered postgraduate courses. Institute of International Trade, Kolkata PG courses include MBA Executive Part Time and PGPM, admissions to MBA are offered to students who must have passed Graduation in any stream with minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board, whereas for PGPM candidates must have 60% percentile in CAT, MAT exam.
