Institute of Management Education and Consultancy- IMEC is a Management Institute established in the year 2016 at the city of Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. This is a standalone Management Institute approved by the All India Council of Technical Education across the RAVE cinema on Bindukhera Road. 

IMEC is committed to providing a conducive and modern learning environment. A vast and diversified collection of printed, digital, and electronic resources makes its fully automated library an asset for the faculty, it serves as the heart of academic activities for the teaching and learning, and research activities of the students. A very recently updated facility is the language laboratory, which is specially built for the enhancement of communication skills and development of accents. 

The flagship of courses running with 54 full-time seats for students at the Institute of Management Education and Consultancy is woven through the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) course. Its scope is to make sure that, in the whole learning procedure, students can have as much theoretical education as possible but can score case studies, industry projects, and internship opportunities between theory and practical.

The admission policy at IMEC is aimed at choosing the right candidates with good academic backgrounds and the management potential that the institute prises the most. The institute has accepted the scores of eminent entrance exams to management, e.g. the Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), and Common Management Admission Test (CMAT).
