The Institute of Management Research and Technology, Lucknow, established in 2012, is one of the premiere institutes located in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This affiliated college has a compact campus of 0.5 acres, offering a wide variety of programs in management, commerce, education, and computer applications. IMRT Lucknow is an academic institution that provides quality education and is duly reflected through its approval from AICTE and NCTE. At present, there are 154 students on the roll of IMRT with 18 faculty, which guarantees a high degree of focus per student. It offers to the students six types of degree courses, some of which are very famous like MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Ed, BCA, and B.Com. (Hons.), thus keeping on continuing to cater to academic interests, apart from ambitions.

The IMRT Lucknow provides modern infrastructural facilities, which aim at making learning quite enriching for the students. There is a well-equipped gymnasium called the IMRT GYM, centrally located on the campus with an aim to promote physical well-being among students. The library, the treasure of the college, accords to enrich one's mind with the latest printed and electronic books, journals, databases, and other audio-visual aids. For sports enthusiasts, the college has also arranged indoor as well as open spaces for different outdoor games. In fact, in this age of digital importance, IMRT has an excellent IT infrastructure with a state-of-the-art computer lab outfitted with the latest hardware and software. hostel, an air-conditioned 100-seater conference hall with full furniture and up-to-date audio-visual accessories, and separate hostels for boys and girls with 24x7 Wi-Fi connectivity.

Overall there are six full-time courses at the institute under the NCTE, total six running courses across different disciplines. Though MBA is the flagship course with an approved intake of 180, the B.Ed. course has a capacity of 100 students. Other undergraduate degree programs include BBA, B.Com, BCA, and B.Com. (Hons) for which the intake capacity is not mentioned. All the courses are offered on a full-time basis. The students will receive complete education and training for any of the chosen field of their degree program. From business management to teaching to information technology, the programs are as varied as the career choices available to students.

The admission procedure at the IMRT Lucknow varies from course to course. For B.Ed admission, the admission is made on merit, based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination and as per the state government/ university policies.
