The Times of India has ranked the IMS Engineering college Ghaziabad as the 24 best engineering institutes in India, 16th amongst private engineering institutes of India, 4th in North region and 19th in the private institutes placements.

Bachelors of Technology in Information Technology is a bachelor’s degree course in Information Technology, which has a duration of 4 years, but it can be extended up to 6 years. BTech Information Technology is the study of computer-based systems and deals with both hardware as well as software components of a computer system.

Eligibility criteria-

Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute. Candidate must have passed intermediate exam without any grace marks of U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject; and anyone of Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/Biology/ Technical Vocational as optional subject. I assume you are asking about IMS engineering college, ghaziabad, the college has excellent infrastructure, education system, decent faculty and students ratio. however every year 70-80% students get placed in campus drive. its a good thing that you have chosen for Information technology branch, since the top recruiter are from IT industry. the major recruiters are tcs, cognizant, capgemini. the highest salary offered is 7 lpa. the average salary offered is 3 lpa. however to get a handsome package in hand you must work hard and can not only depend on college. you must enhance your skills to get a decent paying job.

NIET and IMS both provides basic infrastructure facilities to students and highly qualified faculty members. Coming to the placements  niet noida provides good placement opportunities to students of CSE in the companies like OPPO, vivo, capgemini, Wipro etc. With the average salary package of 5-6 lakhs per annum. However, placements for other branches are not that much good. And IMS ghaziabad is mostly popular for PGDM and mba course.

If both of the course have similar fee and have similar course then maybe you should choose by you college distance. Choose the one which is less expensive in terms of transportation and which requires less travel journey. This will benefit you after joining the course because we take lightly our travelling time before selecting colleges, but after joining our priority changes to transportation.

Hi, There is no management quota seat of direct admission available in this institute for any of the courses. The only way for admission for MBBS course at this institute is through NEET-UG entrance examination.

To get direct admission in IMS college you need to take admission through management quota, for more information contact the college .
