If you have scored 976 marks in IPE and got 70 percentile in JEE Mains, it might be quite difficult to get a seat in Mechanical Engineering at SASTRA University. Usually, SASTRA gives admission based on high JEE ranks or top scores in IPE, and the cutoffs for most branches, especially Mechanical, are generally much better than a 70 percentile rank. Your JEE rank may be on the higher side, which makes it tough to get into SASTRA in the first round

If you got 535 marks in Intermediate (IPE) and you're asking about getting a management quota seat , then yes—many private colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana offer admission through management quota, especially for B.Tech, BBA, or B.Sc courses.
You may not get top branches like CSE in popular colleges, but you’ll still have good chances in others—especially in less competitive branches or colleges with more availability. Just contact the college directly, as management seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and the fees are usually higher.
