INIFD Pune is located in Kondhwa, Pune and is formally known as the International Institute of Fashion Design and Interior Designing. The college is specialised in cultivating creative talent in the area of fashion and interior designing. This institute is situated in the city of Pune, Maharashtra and for the requirements of the designing sector, offers a variety of programmes. The INIFD Pune offers six programmes at two distinct educational levels and can meet the needs of young designers at any level of education. Sharp focus on practical skills and industrial practices are yet another aspect of the institute that shows its dedication to provide quality education to facilitate profitable careers in the fast growing world of design. 

To support students learning activities, INIFD Pune possesses a variety of facilities that make learning easier. The library is well stocked and centrally located with a vast collection of books, periodicals, national and international journals, magazines, newspapers, thesis & dissertations etc. Great emphasis has been paid on creating a favourable atmosphere to learning and personal development in this new-built resource centre. The college also has get up to date auditeria which is fitted with LCD projectors, sound system and lightings to enhance student’s presentation of their work. To encourage and facilitate learn by doing, INIFD has created a Design Resource Lab for Interiors and Architecture which is a work area as well as a research area where students can interact and learn. This lab offers shelving for arrangement of samples of building material and interior finishes, books and literature for the students to practice and test various concept in design. 

In total, INIFD Pune provides six courses, and all are available as full-time learning paths. Some of these are two B.Des degree courses in Fashion Design and Interior Design both of which take three years. But for those people who want to study for a year, the institute offers One-year Diploma courses in Fashion Design and Interior Design. In addition, there is two years Advanced Diploma courses in Fashion and Interior Design which carry more depth study of these fields in INIFD Pune. A
