International Institute of Fashion Design, Chennai which is widely recognised as the INIFD Chennai was established in the year 2004. INIFD courses are offered in a total of 2 programmes in the disciplines of Sciences at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the B.Sc Fashion Interior Design and M.Sc Fashion Interior Design degree courses. 

For INIFD Chennai admissions to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses, a valid certificate of 10+2 or graduate degree qualifying exam is required. International Institute of Fashion Design is an affiliated college of Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar. INIFD campus consists of its academic blocks, administrative buildings, library, laboratories and workshops, IT infrastructure and more at the INIFD Chennai infrastructure.
