The International Institute of Veterinary Education and Research (IIVER) was founded in 2011. The college offers an undergraduate programme in the stream of Medicine and Allied Sciences. IIVER Rohtak course is B.V.Sc and AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry). IIVER Rohtak's admission to the B.V.Sc & AH course is done based on the merit of the NEET-UG score. The college is affiliated with the Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Hisar. 

With an average OPD of 50 animals per day at IIVER's Veterinary Clinical Complex, students enrolled in both degree and diploma programmes have plenty of opportunities to receive real-world experience and exposure to numerous animal diseases. IIVER Rohtak placements are given to the students based on eligibility norms. The IIVER Rohtak facilities include a diagnostic lab, X-ray machines for small and large animals, ultrasonography equipment, physiotherapy tools, and operating rooms for both small and large animals.

IIVER Rohtak scholarships can be availed by meritorious students. A well-run Livestock Farm Complex is also constructed on campus to include students in all facets of animal raising and numerous free clinical camps are organised to prevent and eradicate animal diseases and advance the welfare and health of animals.
