Photocopies of mark sheets and certificates

Passport-sized photograph

Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License for proof of your identity and address

Pay the application fees 

Submit the form.

The payment can be done via Debit/Credit card or Net Banking.

Note: The file size should not be more than 500 KB for photograph image file, 50 KB for other image files and 2 MB for PDF files.
