IPS College of Technology and Management is an affiliated college established in year 2005 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. The institute is affiliated to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and provides a plethora of Bachelors and Masters degrees in engineering and management. Located on 80 acre campus it has total 1,052 students; of which 74 percent students are undergraduate and 26 percent are post graduate levels. Currently, the faculty has 99 members of staff, and the institute offers 8 courses under three degree programmes in engineering and management disciplines.

IPS College of Technology and Management avails a convoy of facilities that may be of help academically and personally to the learners. The university has provided a reputation of having two distinct hostels for male and female students for accommodation with basic amenities. The boys’ hostel is a three-storied building having a seating capacity of 180 bedding and air cooled whereas the girls’ hostel is situated in the heart of the city. All these facilities include wireless connectivity; security services throughout the night; and power backup for both hostels. IPS College of Technology and Management is a university that covers a wide list of disciplines. This institute offers 6 completely full-time undergraduate courses and 2 postgraduate courses. In total, the intake that has been approved for all courses is 486. In the academic year which has just ended the college graduated 1,052 students in different programmes. The umbrella of the B.Tech programmes lay the foundation of the undergraduate degree with majors in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Electronics and Communication Engineering and Civil Engineering. On the post graduate level, there is MBA programme as well as M.Tech programmes in Construction Technology and Management, and Machine Design.

As it has been mentioned before, the admission process at IPS College of Technology and Management is quite vast and equal. However, there is no explicit reference to details regarding procedure of admission for individual course, but it is generally found that engineering college admit students through marks scored in the national or state level B.Tech entrance examination. MBA and M.Tech courses require admission through CAT, Ranking in the entrance test and academic performance. There is scholarship awards patronage that the College provides for deserving students, 238 under graduate and 28 post graduate students were reimbursed in the past academic year.
