Islampur College of Education, Islampur, is a co-educational institution located in Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. The selection procedure is as per the policy of the state government and the affiliated university. The candidate must have passed graduation from a known university to be able to take the B.Ed course.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
D.El.Ed is a two-year full-time programme run by the college with approved intake of 50 seats. Similar to the B.Ed programme, D.El.Ed admission is merit-based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2) and/or entrance examination. The process of selection is as per the state government policy and UT administration. Candidates who passed the 10+2 examination are eligible for admission to D.El.Ed.
