ITM School of Management, Gwalior has a boys hostel which can accommodate approximately 1150 students, is loc475001ated within the college campus. A semi-mechanised and hygienic mess along with a dining facility which can accommodate approximately 800 students at a time. The boys hostels are equipped with basic recreational and indoor sports facilities.

ITM School of Management, Gwalior has a separate hostel for girls which can accommodate approximately 200 students and is located within the campus. All the basic recreational facilities along with the indoor games are available in the hostels. The college hostel also has a mess and dining facility.

ITM School of Management, Gwalior has an in house modern Medical Health Care Center. The Health Care Center provides preventive as well as curative health care services with a view to ensuring positive health of all the stakeholders of the college. A full time specialist doctor is present in the college who conducts regular health check-ups and provides medical attention as and when required by the faculties and the students. A well equipped clinic with all the basic equipment and 5 beds for in house patients along with an ambulance is available round the clock for faculties and students. 

ITM School of Management, Gwalior has a state-of-art gym and health club inside the college campus. The Health Club has 31 high quality workstations which consist of various machines and equipment along with a requisite audio system. Gym is also supported by a locker facility to keep the belongings of the gym members. 

ITM School of Management, Gwalior has a library which is fully computerised with the help of a library management software. The Library is an Integrated Knowledge Resource Center which has a large number of books, periodicals, references, National and International journals, covering all aspects of academic studies and research materials in the areas of Management, Architecture, Pharmacy, Life Science, Agriculture, Nursing, Education, Law, Art and Design Physical Education, Engineering, Science and Technology. Moreover, a good collection of video lectures is also available. ITM University’s Central Library is also a member of National Digital Library (NDL) and Developing Library Network (DELNET). The library also provides Inter Library Loan services and Online E-journals and E-Books Facilities to the students.

ITM School of Management, Gwalior provides various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to its students. A Cricket field, Football field, Athletic track, Basketball Complex, Volleyball courts, Tennis complex, Kabaddi courts along with many other facilities are available inside the college premises.

ITM School of Management, Gwalior has a Computing facility which is spread across the campus along with the internet facility with a speed of 60 Mbps. There are over 100 terminals in the computer labs. Windows 2000 server, Oracle 8i, Visual Studio 6.0, MS Office 2000 server, MS Office 4.3 (Professional) server, MS Project, SPSS and other softwares are also available in the computer labs.

Various coffee points are located at various places inside the college campus of ITM School of Management, Gwalior which provides various snacks to the students at reasonable prices.
