Jagan’s Institute of Management and Computer Studies, register of Nellore is an affiliated college situated in Andhra Pradesh. Founded with the noble purpose of offering value based education in the areas of management and computer sciences, the institute occupies a reputable place in the zone. Affiliated to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE),the college currently confers postgraduate studies in two major fields. It has 46 dedicated professionals on its faculty actively involved in shaping the future managers and electronic application professionals. 

Jagan’s Institute of Management and Computer Studies it is equipped with various effective facilities with modern architecture to support the learning needs of students. A library fully equipped is an information resource centre in which learners are availed with all necessary academic needs. The facility means having very modern functional lab facilities within the college compound, which makes it easier for teaching and practical realisation of ideas. An auditorium is used in seminars, conferences and cultural shows among others hence promoting an active student life. In terms of the academic and sporting abilities of the students, the institute has provided sport amenities to enable good health as they compete academically. It also has also it’s own boys and girls hostels where out-station students may wish to reside can comfortably stay. A cafeteria is provided for the food requirements of the campus and a transport facility for day scholars. 

Jagan's Institute of Management and Computer Studies offers two full-time postgraduate programmes. MBA and MCA are some of the famous degree which are well known among students. MBA programme is affiliated and has approve course intake capacity of 240 students whereas MCA programme have 180 students. Both the courses are structured to be delivered in certain period, the MBA takes two years while the MCA goes for three years. These programmes are designed in a way that will ensure students get the best grounding on their area of specialisation to enable them fit well in the turbulent world of business and technology.

In Jagan’s Institute of Management and Computer Studies, the admission process was created with a purpose of identifying deserving candidates to offer postgraduate programmes. The institute mainly follows the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) for MBA & MCA admissions of the state.
