Jai Bhavani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Arts and Science College was established in 2000 in Shivajinagar, Gadhi, Maharashtra. It is an affiliated college, accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It is located in a sprawling campus of 13 acres of area offering two undergraduate courses and admitting 650 students in total. The college has a strength of 16 members on the faculty. 

A college known for giving well-rounded education through various arts and science courses indeed educates a diversified body of students. The following full time Undergraduate programmes-Jai Bhavani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Arts and Science College presently is running two programmes. Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)-which are planned as three years credit based programs with an approved intake of 120 students in each programme. Thus, the total intake for both the programmes amounts to 240.
