Jairupa College of Education is a Tiruppur based affiliated college founded in 2007 in Tamil Nadu-India. As its name suggests, this institution is devoted to the preparation of teachers, with both aspirant and advanced levels of study. Affiliated to Rayalaseema University and recognized by National Council for Teacher Education(NCTE), Jairupa College of Education aims at creating future teachers. The college is spread on 60 acres of land that enrolls a total student strength of 300, and employs 26 faculty members. Jairupa College of Education offers two main courses: a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education in Education (M. Ed) respectively. They are full-time programs each taking two years of study to complete the course. The B.Ed program has an approved intake capacity of 100 numbers and for the M. Ed program the intake capacity is 50 numbers. These programmes are meant to produce professional cadres to teach and administer schools in K 12 systems. The college has therefore decided to offer specialized focus on these two core programs in teacher training and educational studies.

Admission to Jairupa College of Education is purely on merit, i.e the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. In case of the B.Ed program, admission is carried out accordance with the policy stipulated by the state government or UT Administration or university.
