Post declaration of MH-CET 2020 result will take place in last week of March 2020 after which the DTE Maharashtra will start the Centralized Admission Process ( CAP ) to allot the MBA/MMS seats in all the participating MBA colleges.
Hello Aspirant,
Yes it is right JBIMS has stopped taking students from outside maharashtra they has replaced it with NRI quota ( if in your family any of your member is NRI than you are eligible for NRI quota).
So, if you are an OMS student than you're only chance for getting JBIMS MMS seat is by NRI QUOTA.
I hope the above information is beneficial for you.
All the best.
Hi Akash,
Since September 2, 2019 ruling, Supreme court of India has restored the autonomous status of JBIMS. Thus some changes has been done in the seats allocation as the no. of seats are reduced from 120 to 102 for mahrashtra candidates but the no. of seats available for all India candidates is still 18. The expected cutoff score to get into JBIMS for all India open category seat is around 150-155.
I like my college. I don't face any infrastructure-related issues. It is one of the best campuses for MBA. Sports facilities are available, so students enjoy a lot with it. A lot of games and sports activities are conducted in the college.
The institute provides several facilities to us, such as AC and well-furnished classrooms with projectors, seamless Wi-Fi accessibility, a huge library with an enormous collection of 40,000+ books, publications, periodicals, and materials. JBIMS doesn't have a hostel of its own, so I rented a PG in the nearby locality. I used to travel 20-25 minutes daily from my PG to the campus.
BIMS is 50 years old, so the infrastructure has not been renovated as per standards. But surely you will like the vintage architecture. Classrooms and library are well equipped with air-conditioners and digital boards. We do not have hostel on campuses,
