Janardan Prasad Singh Teachers Training College, Saran was established in the year 2016. This is a Co-Educational teacher Education Institute. The location of this Constituent college is Daudpur Bangra Manjhi, Saran, Bihar. The affiliation of the institution has been confirmed by NCTE. With a faculty strength of 15 and the presently enroled number of students at 93, it admits and provides enough scope for personalized guidance to its learners.

The institutional infrastructure comprises facilities in the form of a well-stocked library with nearly 1,000 volumes, subscribed to 20 journals over different areas of teacher education, and a reading room accommodating 30 students. Its commitment to modern education is reflected in a well-equipped computer laboratory consisting of desktops, internet connectivity, and an LCD projector. The working principle at this college maintains well-equipped science, mathematics, and psychology laboratories for hands-on experience in learning. A multipurpose auditorium with a sitting capacity of 100 people is available for various academic and cultural events taking place within the institution. The institution also offers all sports facilities and a canteen for the welfare of students and staff.

Janardan Prasad Singh Teachers Training College offers two major courses: a two-year B.Ed program and a two-year D.El.Ed program. The institution has a total of 200 seats.
