Janta Institute of Veterinary Science (JIVS), Butana was founded in 2017. It is a private college affiliated with the Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Hisar. The college provides diploma courses in the Veterinary Sciences stream. JIVS Butana courses cover the Diploma programmes in two domains namely, Diploma in Veterinary Laboratory Technology (DVLT) and Diploma in Veterinary and Livestock Development (VLDD).
