Jawaharlal Nehru College of Technology commonly known as JNCT was established in 2007 located at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh is an affiliated college. Situated in a campus of 20 acres, JNCT Rewa is affiliated to AICTE. It has a portfolio of 15 engineering and management programs with courses available at 4 levels of the degree program. JNCT Rewa has a strength of 179 faculties and has enrolment capacity of 90 total students which makes it appropriate place for technical education.

JNCT Rewa offers wide ranged amenities that can provide resources for students’ academic needs and developmental aspects. Independent hostels for both male and female students are offered to out-station students to support comfortable staying at the college. Housing more than 5000 books in engineering, management and other disciplines, books, magazines, and newspaper, the library is the knowledge centre of the institute. Student is able to gain advantages of good IT facility, well equipped laboratory with modern technology, sports facility for comprehensive growth. The campus also includes a cafeteria, auditoria, seminar halls and spacious parking space. There is a Particular concern which is the Training and Placement Cell that help the students in their professional pursuits.

This institute has 6 BE programs, 5 M. Tech programs, a MBA program and 3 Diploma programs. All the BE and M.Tech programs are regular programs which develop the depth knowledge and practical experience in the different field of engineering. The MBA program has a large take of 180 seats while the Diploma Courses provide education to the students in specialised technical fields. Together, JNCT Rewa provides 15 courses in a number of degrees in order to give all the necessary options for engineering and management.

Admission process in JNCT Rewa is mainly focused on entrance tests that students take in order to enrol at this institution. For admission to BE programs the University accepts the score of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It’s an examination which is planned and conducted at the national level and are essential for admission to engineering courses in the ‘AICTE approved institutions in the Madhya Pradesh.
