Greetings of the day dear candidate,

See, the answer depends upon your most favourable choice if you want to enter in computer science world then go with JAYPEE NOIDA or if you want to enter in electricity and circuits then go with lnmiit.

The placements scenarios are almost similar in both colleges but the seats are more in JAYPEE as compared to LNMIIT which is a plus point when it comes to placement opportunities and competitions. The infrastructure is also better than Jaypee. The average package being offered in JIIT lies in the range of 5-6LPA while in LNMIIT it is approximately 6-7LPA.

The fees structure is almost the same but the most important concern is about the academics. So, in LNMIIT the professors are mostly from IIT while In Jaypee they are not. Placement A is also the same and the average package revolves around 11 LPA.  So, the choice is yours.

Also, the CSE branch is easier compared to ECE in terms of opportunities and subjects.

Hope this helps.

Thank you!

At this rank you holds very low chances of getting admission in  JAYPEE noida at merit basis . I would advise you to wait for the last if any vacanices arises they will call you as it is a private university and side by side look for other options too

Dear Aspirant,

Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology:-

Placements: Placement is pretty good. They offer a decent average package and almost all the students are placed in esteemed companies. Top companies are Amazon, Adobe, Deloitte and many more. It is a good return of investment for all the students.

Infrastructure: Hostels are well managed, clean and pretty hygienic compared to regular engineering college standards. The Wi-Fi services are good but not great. The food available in the mess is hygienic and full of nutrients. The cafeteria is one of the most happening places on the campus.

Faculty: Faculty is a mixed bag. Some of them are very cooperative and understanding but on the other hand some of them do lack quality. Course curriculum is the standard engineering curriculum followed by majority of engineering colleges all over the country.

Chandigarh University:-

Placements: More than 90 percent of students were placed in the course. The highest package was of INR 36 Lacs offered by Arcesium while average package stood at 8.7 Lacs. The to recruiting companies were Arcesium, adobe, Zomato etc. The internship opportunities are good like internship in cloud computing in Ezmata technologies. Marketing and sales executive intern and many more.

Infrastructure: Chandigarh University is well-equipped with wi-fi and infrastructure is quite good in the university. The library is good you can find almost every book there. The classrooms are also neat and clean. There are all type of hostels- 2 and 3 sweaters and they to are well-equipped with wi-fi, gyms, salons for both boys and girls.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful and are qualified, the teaching quality was fine. The course curriculum was relevant, also there were some interesting subjects like artificial intelligent, IOT etc. The semester exams were pretty easy and an average student can easily get more than 7 CGPA.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!

Hi

This is a very tough choice. Both the universities are great, providing great education to their students along with giving them good placements in renowned companies.

Here are some points which will guide you in choosing which is better:

The college is UGC approved and has a grade'A+' NAAC accreditation ranking 42 in The week' 20 and 46 in Outlook'20. The accepted exam is CUCET Chandigarh University exam and Candidates must have 50% in 12th. They have good faculty and the highest salary offered is INR 35.00 LAKHS. Companies like panasonic, mindtree, birlasoft, HDFC bank, TCS, deloitte, precision group, google, flipkart, amazon, Microsoft recruit new graduates.

JIIT- JAYPEE INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY- It is another great name among the engineering colleges. Hope this helps

Hi Vineeta ,

I am sorry to say this but your chances of getting admitted in jaypee university are a bit low . because colleges gives you admission on the basis of your CRL rank and as you mentioned your EWS rank is 30,000 so according to my estimation your CRL rank would be somewhere above 1.5 lakh . So with this rank your chances of getting CSE are low in jaypee university . But you can definitely try for other branches like information technology(IT) AND electronics and communication engineering (ECE) . Also if you are only interested in CSE I would recommend you to at least fill the the form and participate in the physical rounds of counselling.

Hope this answer helps

All the best for future!
