- Merit-cum-Means: This Scheme provides financial assistance to the meritorious students pursuing higher education in NCT of Delhi. Under this Scheme, the Delhi Higher Education Trust through the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) fully or partially reimburses the tuition fee paid by the students of the undergraduate programmes.
