Located in Keshopur, Vaishali, Bihar, JRA Teachers Training College was established in the year 2010 to emerge as an excellent educational institution. This co-educational teaching institute encompasses a compact campus of 1 acre for the nurture of the future teaching fraternity. The two pivotal programs in teacher education, duly approved by the NCTE, With a total enrolment of 96 students against a faculty strength of 16.

The institution has provided a number of facilities for the students' learning and holistic development. The college canteen functions as the refreshment and social hub of the campus. At the very center of academic resources stands the well-stocked library with open access, hundreds of educational CDs, international journals, and periodicals, supplemented by a photocopying facility for users' convenience. JRA Teachers Training College imparts two major courses: the B.Ed and the D.El.Ed.
