Safe and secured accommodation facilities are available for the female students. The campus has a total of 4 hostel for girls that are well equipped with basic amenities such as mess, internet connectivity, recreation facilities, etc.

Sadananda Open Air Auditorium, Sambhram Auditorium, Shambhavi Auditorium, Sowparnika Seminar Hall, Phalguni Seminar Hall and MCA Seminar Hall are the various auditoriums and seminar halls that are used to host various events at JKSHIM Udupi.

Justice KS Hegde Institute of Management has a fleet of 32 buses for the ease of travelling of its members coming from different parts of the city such as Karkala, Mangaluru, Udupi, Kundapur, Bantwal, Belthangady.

The campus has a health centre that has a qualified physician and trained nurse to provide medical assistance whenever needed.
