For Admission in LLB Course, Eligibility Criteria is Graduation So you just need the Marksheets of your Graduation to participate in the Counselling process of LLB Course, If you have degree certificate of your Graduation too then it will be more better, you don't need to show any marksheet of your MBA Course but you need to submit Migration and Character Certificate from your MBA College but you can submit these documents later too, they will give you enough time to submit these documents, till then you can take admission in LLB Course on the behalf of your Graduation documents.

Yes, if you want to get seat through convener quota you need to appear in entrance exam and participate in counselling and verify your documents.If you want to get seat through management quota you don't have to participate in counselling.
Now in case of Justice Kumarayya College of Law, Karimnagar the admission is based on merit in TS LAWCET.So, you need you appear in this entrance exam, qualify and participate in counselling to get government quota seat.
