Jyoti College of Management Science and Technology, shortly JCMST, was established at Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh in the year 2000. This co-educational affiliated college has numerous courses (15) under 9 degree programs, which are spread over a 5-acre campus. JCMST is well known for its affiliations with recognized bodies like the NCTE and INC, which are indented to assure quality education in its concerned discipline. With a faculty strength of 108 members, the college admits students totaling 7 in number, so that each one of them is assured of proper attention and care.

It has ultramodern facilities for the students to learn properly. Libraries are well-stacked with a wide array of books, cyclopedias, and journals across many disciplines. JCMST offers a wide range of courses, including undergraduate full-time courses and postgraduate full-time courses. The academic portfolio of the college includes undergraduate courses in Management—BBA, Education—B.Ed, M.Ed, Bachelor of Commerce—B.Com, B.Com Hons, Computer Applications—BCA, and various Nursing programs that include B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, GNM, ANM. At the same time, the institution is a unique provider of full-fledged M.Sc. programs in various wings of Nursing, which include Medical Surgical Nursing, Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. The total sanctioned intake varies across programs. B.Ed has the highest capacity of 300 seats, while BBA and B.Com both have an intake of 60 seats.

The admission for the various courses of the institute is carried out in the below-mentioned manner. Admissions to B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses will be done on the basis of merit, taking into account marks in the qualifying examination and entrance examination as per state government and university policies. The B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing programs have entrance examinations as the basis for admission.
