Eligibility Criteria
Passed bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of persons with disability) from any of the following categories of institutions *All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved institutions *University Grants Commission (UGC) approved Universities *Central Government approved institutions *State Government approved institutions*University recognized by All India Council of Universities. OR For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ company/industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.
Admission Details
Selection is based on the merit of a valid score of GATE (2024/2025/2026) or PERA-CET 2026 or CUET PG 2026. Students interested in pursuing the MTech+PhD programme will have to appear for the PhD entrance during the first year of the MTech programme. Selected candidates will only be considered for the MTech+PhD programme. Students will get two attempts to appear for the PhD Entrance
