Located on an area of twelve point ninety eight acres and having received accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college provides two types of under graduate programmes BA and B.Sc, it has got an aggregate of 969 students and it has a 92 member faculty strength. due to its qualitative approach to education, Kakching Khunou College has stand as a college to allow students seeking higher level of education within the region.

To this effect, college has put in place considerable amenities that seek to complement teaching as well as the general growth of the learners.
